Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed sanitary packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or handled cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is still in its original, unopened, and heat-sealed clear packaging to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
